Cinnamon Rolls (Dalchini Quills)

Our cinnamon rolls are the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, dried and rolled into neat quills. They have a mild, naturally sweet aroma and a smooth, delicate flavour. Grown in the high ranges of Kerala and packed fresh by Spice Munnar.

Rolls or sticks?

Our Cinnamon comes as whole sticks. The rolls are layered quills with a finer, sweeter taste, a good fit for milk, desserts and herbal teas. Both are whole, pure and additive-free.

How to use it

• Infuse milk for kheer, payasam and custards.
• Simmer in tea or herbal kadha. See our Kerala masala chai recipe.
• Add to biryani and curries with cloves and cardamom.

Pack sizes and storage

Available in 250g, 500g, and 1kg packs. Store airtight, away from moisture and sunlight.
